Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us at [email protected]

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, in the original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the item.

Exclusions
Custom-designed or personalized engraved jewelry cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged, unless defective or not as described. These items are handmade specifically for you and are non-refundable.
