Processing Time
All jewelry is handmade to order. Processing time is usually 3–7 business days before shipping.
During busy seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: 2–4 weeks, depending on destination and postal services.
Express Shipping with FedEx: 2–5 business days. Additional charges apply.
Remote area surcharges may apply for express deliveries.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the selected shipping method.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order.
We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Tracking
All express shipments include tracking.
Standard international shipments may have limited tracking depending on the destination.

Delays
Please note that international shipments may be delayed due to customs inspections, postal disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages once they have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
